Self-Care is is the intentional practice of caring for our minds, bodies, and souls by engaging in activities that promote well-being. Self-care can look different for everyone, but you don't have to do it alone! Formerly Self-Care Sundays, our Self Care in Community series implements monthly activities to provide a safe space for our community to discover and practice strategies that serve different facets of wellbeing including mental, physical, spiritual, social and emotional health.
